Need a Notary Public?

What is a Notary Public?
A notary public is a legally authorized official who verifies signatures, administers oaths, and certifies copies of important documents. Notarization helps prevent fraud and ensures that documents are legally recognized. In Ontario, notaries are commonly needed for affidavits, statutory declarations, travel consent letters, and legal agreements.

What Does a Notary Public Do?
A notary public reviews your identity and documents, witnesses your signature, and applies an official seal to confirm the act. This process makes the document legally valid for use in court, government offices, or international transactions. Bellgor Process Servers mobile notary services make this process fast and convenient-wherever you are in Ontario.

Important:
The requestor must present original, valid government-issued identification bearing a true and current photograph. Health cards are not accepted as valid forms of identification.
Photocopies, digital images, screenshots, or video recordings of identification documents will not be accepted under any circumstances. Only physical, unaltered originals will be considered valid for verification purposes.
